As you know, West Stoke House has been awarded a Michelin star. This is a wonderful achievement for Rowland and Mary Leech, who have been professional members of the Solent Bailliage since its inception, and for Darren Brown, the executive chef, who has recently been invited to meet the Queen at Buckingham Palace.
Rowland, Mary and Darren gave us an outstanding meal at the Elgar Evening, held at West Stoke House last June, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all those who attended..
