The New Mill occupies a unique location on the banks of the River Blackwater. With its idyllic setting and country house atmosphere the New Mill is a superb location for this Chaine summer event, hosted jointly by the Thames Valley and Solent Bailliages.

The wines are outstanding and were selected to compliment each of the courses presented on this superb menu created for us by Chef Colin Robson-Wright and his team.
